Dna is committed to offering a same day call-out guarantee,
provided your call is logged before 11am. Whatever the problem,
Dna's experienced technicians will make a preliminary diagnosis over the telephone. This allows us to establish the source of your problem quickly and whether any parts will be required.
This is the most efficient and cost effective solution and is why Dna's customers return time and time again.

IN-HOUSE

Dna provides an In-house service, which is reasonably priced. If necessary you can wait for a diagnosis and following advice from Dna regarding your next step!

MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

With Dna’s ‘Full Maintenance Contract’ we offer you cash back on faulty devices that are too old to repair or is in your companies interest to upgrade after failure. This figure varies, but can be as high as £250 off your replacement computer, purchased through Dna.

FULL CONTRACT

A full service contract will cover you for any eventuality. It covers hardware, software and even loan equipment in the unlikely event that we cannot repair your system that day. There is a guarantee of a four or eight hour call out time and we promise to replace whatever part is required. For one annual fee, you can be secure in the knowledge that your systems are safe and covered every working day.

RETAINER CONTRACT

A retainer contract offers all the benefits of a guaranteed call out time, free technical telephone support and an annual health check. In the event of a problem, you are simply charged for any additional labour and parts at a reduced rate.
