CONTRACTS

Full contract
A full service contract will cover you for any eventuality. It covers hardware, software and even loan equipment in the unlikely event that we can not repair your system that day. There is a guarantee of a four or eight hour call out time and we promise to replace whatever part is required. For one annual fee, you can be secure in the knowledge that your systems are safe and covered every working day.

Retainer contract
A retainer contract offers all the benefits of a guaranteed call out time, free technical telephone support and an annual health check. In the event of a problem, you are simply charged for any additional labour and parts at a reduced rate.
